Welcome to RichH Digital. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by RichH Digital (“we”, “our”, “us”), including but not limited to Cold Email Campaigns, CRM access, websites, social media management, and related marketing services (“the Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Cold Email Campaigns (“Inbox Accelerator”)
Minimum Term: Campaigns require a 2-month minimum commitment.
Payments: A one-time setup fee plus the first month’s fee is due upfront before setup begins. The second month’s payment is due 30 days after campaign start.
Deliverables: We manage technical setup (domains, warm-up, copywriting, sending, tracking, reporting).
Client Role: You are responsible for replying to leads. We do not manage conversations beyond delivering replies to you.
Compliance: You must comply with GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and other marketing laws. RichH Digital is not liable for how leads are used once delivered to you.
Renewals: After the minimum term, campaigns continue monthly until cancelled with 14 days’ notice.
2. CRM & Software Access
License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use our CRM platform.
Restrictions: You may not resell, transfer, or copy CRM assets. You may export your own contacts and data at any time.
Third-Party Costs: Features like SMS, calls, WhatsApp, and email sending may incur extra costs from providers (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun). These are billed separately based on usage.
3. Other Services (Websites, Social Media, Funnels, Ads)
Scope and deliverables will be agreed separately with each client.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is due monthly in advance.
4. Payment & Billing
We accept both subscription payments (card/direct debit) and manual invoices.
Late Payments: If payment is not received within 7 days, services may be paused until resolved.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except for errors or duplicate billing caused by us.
5. Support
Standard support is available via WhatsApp and email.
We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
Premium or priority support can be arranged under bespoke agreements.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding.
Cooperation and timely responses are essential for setup and campaign success.
You acknowledge that results depend partly on your own follow-up with leads.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we use proven systems, results may vary by industry and market.
We do not guarantee specific numbers of sales, leads, or revenue.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service interruptions may occur due to third-party providers, which are outside of our control.
9. Termination & Cancellation
Cold Email: 2-month minimum commitment, then rolling monthly with 14 days’ notice.
CRM: Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Other Services: Cancellation terms will be set out in your client agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Yorkshire, UK.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
